Dr. Warren H. Chaney is the founder and Chief Executive Officer for Mind Technologies Institute and the developer and creator of Mind Tech’s Mind Dynamic™ technologies. He is one of the nation’s most prolific writers and filmmakers. He has written fifteen books, eighty-four professional and non-professional journal articles and entries for Colliers Encyclopedia. He’s authored twelve screenplays, fourteen theatrical dramas and many episodic television and theatrical productions. Dr. Chaney produced nine feature films and has directed eight in addition to writing, producing and directing numerous television productions. His film and television work has won numerous awards including those for best writer and director.

Dr. Chaney has an extraordinarily heavy background in behavioral science. His work in memory and the mind’s ability to process information extends over three decades. His continuing study and research led to his current publication, The Dynamic Mind, and an accompanying workbook from Houghton-Brace Publishing. He is considered a leader in the new field of ABS (Audio-Brain-Stimulation) and his latest work; The Sound of Thought is considered ground breaking in the arena of cognitive development. Chaney’s clients have included such distinguished companies and organizations as NASA, Bell Telephone, Hoffman LaRoche, Humana Corporation, Diamond Shamrock, Celanese Chemical Corporation, The Joint U.S. House and Senate Labor Management Sub Committee, and over 200 others.

Warren has been featured in national publications and mass media to include Good Morning America, Real People, PM Magazine, ABC Radio and CBS Weekend News. His biography is included in many non-paid bibliographical indexes including Who’s Who in Health Care and the International Biographer’s Index.

During his career, Dr. Chaney worked with such well-known celebrities as Charlton Heston, Mickey Rooney, Richard Roundtree, Peter Graves, Dick Van Patten, Rita Moreno, Joe Weider, Tia Carrere, and Jane Russell. He has also directed many non-entertainment personalities including U.S. Senators, Congressmen, Past Presidents, military war heroes and other national civic leaders.

Dr. Chaney originally hails from Kentucky and has a Ph.D. in Behavioral Science, an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and an undergraduate double Bachelors Degree in both Marketing and Speech and Theatre. He served as an officer in the US Army. Chaney is married, has five children and resides in Houston, Texas.

Chaney’s publications include fourteen books (with five best sellers) and over 84 articles for professional journals and magazines including entries for Collier's Encyclopedia. He has been included in numerous "non paid" bibliographies including Who's Who in the South and Southwest, Who's Who in Health Care and the International Bibliographer's Index. Dr. Chaney has been featured in national publications and mass media to include Good Morning America, Real People, P.M. Magazine, A.B.C. Radio, and the C.B.S. Weekend News.
Aside from his professional behavioral work, Dr. Chaney is an accomplished motion picture producer, director and screenwriter, having written and directed fifteen screenplays, produced and released nine feature films and directed six feature films.
Dr. Chaney originally hails from Kentucky and has a Ph.D. in Behavioral Science, an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and an undergraduate double Bachelors Degree in both Marketing and Speech and Theatre. He is married and has five children.

Scott P. Sheldon, is Mind Technologies Institute’s Executive Director for the Athletic Mind Division and President of Operations.  Scott is a former professional baseball player with a Sports Administration degree highlighting Kinesiology.  During his professional sports career, he played baseball for the Oakland Athletics, Texas Rangers, Pittsburgh Pirates and Milwaukee Brewers in addition to years of professional work in the minor leagues and with the Orix Baseball Club in Japan. 

Scott Sheldon became the second of only three players in baseball history to play all nine positions in a  single game. 

   Following his professional career, Mr. Sheldon took a position with the national Big League Dreams Sports Complex, later becoming the General Manager for large eight field  Houston Sports Complex. From professional baseball to professional management, Scott was always interested in helping others.  To that end, he has managed numerous charity events, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for Texas Children's Hospital, Snowdrop Foundation, Relay for Life, and Toys for Tots.

  Today, Scott Sheldon directs the Institute’s Athletic Mind sports in addition to his duties as MTI’s President of Operations. He works directly with program development and implementation and has been responsible for much of the program’s outreach.

Frank 1 copyMr. Frank Santarose is Mind Technologies Institute’s President of Marketing as well the Executive Director For Organizational Development.  Frank brings to MTI many years of training and entrepreneurial management. He is a Tae Kwon-Do Master and for many years operated a highly successful chain of training academies in the martial arts field.

At age fourteen, Mr. Santarose was chosen above other students in his field, to train privately with the great Tae Kwon-Do Masters Kang Ik Mu, Park Bu Kwang & Park Young Don.  He opened his first studio in 1981 and developed KID FIT; the first Martial Arts based After School and Summer Sports Camp.  KID FIT is a sports based youth camp for children that are too old for child care but too young to be home alone.

As a competitor, Mr. Santarose was the Texas State Champion on many occasions and a finalist in the 87 & 88 Olympic Trials. He obtained the coveted title, Master Instructor in 1991 when he tested for and received his 5th Degree Black Belt in Hawaii.

The now “Master” Santarose founded United Tae Kwon-Do, the largest Martial Arts organization in Texas with 17 locations in just 10 years.  Over the next 18 years, United Tae Kwon-Do/KID FIT, provided hundred of jobs and instructed tens of thousands of students annually. In 2002, United Tae Kwon-Do & KID FIT raised $13,800 for the Chuck Norris Kick Drugs out of America.

In 1996 Master Santarose was voted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame and went on to receive the Governors Award from Governor Rick Perry, of Texas. The award was in honor of 25 years of dedicated service to the development and education of Texas youth in 2003.

Master Santarose was promoted to the rank of 7th Degree Black belt and was given the title of “Quang Jang Nim”, Grand Master Instructor in 2006.  Presently, Grand Master Santarose trains advanced black belt students and Master Instructors.

Angela 1 copy.tifAngela Santarose presently serves as Mind Technologies Institute’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Executive Director for MTI Workshop Activities.  Mrs. Santarose was the cofounder and Chief Operating Officer of KID FIT from 1987 to 2009. KID FIT was the first Martial Arts sports based youth camp for children too old for child care but too young to be home alone. She was solely responsible for coordinating with State Licensing & Regulations to ascertain that every center complied with State Minimum Standards.

Angela wrote all of the KID FIT policy and procedure manuals and oversaw their implementation in all 17 major training centers. She managed hundreds of staff and trained all franchised locations on the KID FIT business model.She also developed a anized the annual United TKD & KID FIT Sports Award Banquet as well as various training camps, instructional seminars and recreational activities. 

Angela is a State Licensed Director, a Certified CPR & First Aid Instructor and has extensive training as well as 22 years experience in business management, marketing, accounting and child development.

A 3rd Degree Black Belt Certified Instructor in Tae Kwon-Do & Cardio Kick Boxing, Angela also owns and manages vacation rental properties in Galveston Texas, Cabo San Lucas and Maui Hawaii.

Mrs. Santarose brings to MTI a wealth of experience and executive management skills, for which we are very grateful.

Jacqui Williams is a Human Resources professional and has her Masters Degree from Texas A&M in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She has also completed 40 hours of training in Mediation.

She is well versed in human resources, sales, and marketing. She specializes in formulating business to business partnerships to creatively grow organizations.

Jacqui has been successful in founding partnerships with school districts, colleges, and other businesses in the form of business to business sales over the past 10 years. She spent the past 6.5 years working in the homebuilding industry for a Fortune 500 builder. During this time, she successfully developed a Community Partner Program that generated over $10 million in revenue in a single year.

Dr. E. Dennis Megarity, is a fully Certified Mind Technologies Institute Instructor who serves as our Director of Corporate Relations. Prior to joining Mind Technologies, Dr. Megarity worked as President and Chief Executive Officer of privately held Aztron Chemical Services, Inc., a manufacturer of custom formulated cleaning materials and provider of specialized cleaning services for heavy industry. Prior to Aztron, Dr. Megarity served in the positions of Product Line Manager for Specialty Chemicals and Sales Engineer for Specialty Chemicals for Browning Ferris Industries, where he was responsible for planning sales strategy, employment of sales personnel, technical development of products including all technical and sales literature, and the development of capital budgets.

Prior to Browning Ferris, Dr. Megarity served as a research assistant at Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory, research assistant at Texas Instruments, and Research Chemist for Celanese Chemical Company. Dr. Megarity received his Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Arts in Chemistry from Texas Christian University, and his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Florida State University.

Dr. Richard Walker, Medical Director for Mind Technologies, Inc., is a native of New York City, is a Viet Nam era veteran of the U.S. Air Force; while in the Air Force he was dual trained as a medic and in forensic toxicology. After his honorable discharge in 1968 he graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY) in 1971, receiving his BS degree in Forensic Science and then graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Bronx, NY) in 1974. He completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Ob/Gyn) in 1978 at the Univ. of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

After 20 years in private practice as a physician, Dr. Walker was appointed Asst. Prof. at the U. of Texas, Houston. He changed his specialty from Ob/Gyn to Age Management and Environmental Medicine with additional post graduate training at the Environmental Medicine Center of Excellence in Tempe, Az. with Dr. Walter Crinnion, one of the world’s foremost practitioners in environmental medicine.

Dr. Walker is also certified by the Cenegenics Medical Institute in Age Management and is a member of the American Board of Clinical Metal Toxicology. Presently, he maintains practices in New York, Atlanta and Houston.

Dr. Walker is a popular medical contributor and consultant for FOX NEWS and appears frequently on health radio talk shows. Dr. Walker has served as the Chief of Operations for Citicare, Inc., and Chief Operating Officer for Bikur Cholim of Rockland County. He was the founder and President of Elenchos-Rimar Corp., which engaged in medical outcome analysis.

Bill Hebert, is a fully Certified Mind Technologies Institute Instructor who conducts the Mind Dynamics Workshops nationwide. Bill was the founder and president of Bill Hebert Seminars, LLC. He has personally delivered over 3000 presentations of a variety of topics including the Mind Dynamics Workshops.  He is known for providing top quality training that maximizes productivity and gets immediate results.

Bills clients have included Duke Energy, US Navy, Aramco Services Company, Austin Industries, Shell Oil, TETRA, Department of Justice, Hines Corporation, and NASA.

Prior to starting his company, Bill spent 18 years in training crisis workers in public schools and law enforcement agencies.  He was a machinist mate in the US Navy and worked as a machinist prior to that.His undergraduate and graduate education is in the field of behavioral science.
