A fully Certified Mind Technologies Institute Instructor who conducts the Mind Dynamics Workshops nationwide. Bill was the founder and president of Bill Hebert Seminars, LLC. He has personally delivered over 3000 presentations of a variety of topics including the Mind Dynamics Workshops.  He is known for providing top quality training that maximizes productivity and gets immediate results.

 Bills clients have included Duke Energy, US Navy, Aramco Services Company, Austin Industries, Shell Oil, TETRA, Department of Justice, Hines Corporation, and NASA.

Prior to starting his company, Bill spent 18 years in training crisis workers in public schools and law enforcement agencies.  He was a machinist mate in the US Navy and worked as a machinist prior to that.

His undergraduate and graduate education is in the field of behavioral science.
