Warren H. Chaney, Ph.D., co-founder of Mind Technologies, Inc., currently serves as our Chief Executive Officer, Creative Director and Chairman of the Board. Dr. Chaney is an accomplished motion picture producer, director and screenwriter, having written and directed fifteen screenplays, produced and released nine feature films and directed six feature films. He has also written and directed numerous nationally broadcast commercials and infomercials. Dr. Chaney has served as a director of several private as well as publicly-traded companies including Profit Financial Group, Dynamic Media, Inc., and Frontier GeoSciences, Inc.

Dr. Chaney received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Speech from Austin Peay State University, a Master of Business Administration from St. Mary's University, and a Doctorate in Management Behavioral Science and Marketing from North Texas State University.

Floyd V. "Sonny" Elliott, a co-founder of Mind Technologies, Inc., currently serves as our President, Chief Operating Officer and as a member of our Board of Directors. Preceding his founding of Mind Technologies, Mr. Elliott was a founder and board member of Omega Orthodontics, a publicly traded business. Mr. Elliott has organized and managed many successful business ventures involved in real estate, professional practice management, and energy. Mr. Elliott has developed, written, and published several educational and communication series that have experienced national distribution. Mr. Elliott oversees both corporate and public course development and sales, and is responsible for recruiting graduates from the basic course into the "Train the Instructor" courses. Mr. Elliott also oversees public advertising, marketing, and website design.

Mr. Elliott received his Associates of Arts degree from Joplin Jr. College in 1963, and his Bachelor of Science in Education majoring in Biology in 1965 from Northeastern State University.

E. Dennis Megarity, Ph.D., serves as our Director of Corporate Relations. Prior to joining Mind Technologies, Dr. Megarity served as President and Chief Executive Officer of privately-held Aztron Chemical Services, Inc,, a manufacturer of custom formulated cleaning materials and provider of specialized cleaning services for heavy industry. Prior to Aztron, Dr. Megarity served in the positions of Product Line Manager for Specialty Chemicals and Sales Engineer for Specialty Chemicals for Browning Ferris Industries, where he was responsible for planning sales strategy, employment of sales personnel, technical development of products including all technical and sales literature, and the development of capital budgets. Prior to Browning Ferris, Dr. Megarity served as a research assistant at Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory, research assistant at Texas Instruments, and Research Chemist for Celanese Chemical Company.

Dr. Megarity received his Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Arts in Chemistry from Texas Christian University, and his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Florida State University.
